From 12 October 2025, the European Union will introduce the Entry/Exit System (EES) for UK and other non-EU nationals.
What is EES?
EES is an automated border control system that will soon replace manual passport stamping.
If you are travelling with us to an EU destination after 12th October 2025 you will be required to:
► scan your passport
► have your fingerprints and photograph taken
This registration will be done at the border on your first visit to a participating EU country after EES is introduced. Please note that you do not need to take any action before the date of travel. Nothing needs to be done before you arrive at the border, and there is no cost for EES registration.
Further information is available on the UK Government website at https://www.gov.uk/
