Join us for an Easter Holiday the beautiful Isle of Wight – staying on Sandown’s seafront

Day One

Departing South Wales we head to Portsmouth for our afternoon sailing over the Solent to Fishbourne on the Isle itself. From here it’s a short drive to the hotel for the week, the excellent seafront Trouville Hotel in Sandown.

Here you’ll enjoy a four-night stay with a three course evening meal and breakfast included each day, along with entertainment most evenings. The Trouville Hotel offers a comfortable stay for all – with its seafront location and sea view hotel rooms* (except for single rooms)  the hotel’s lounge and bars boast stunning views of Sandown Bay.

Sandown sits on the Southern coast of the Isle of Wight, sheltered in a beautiful bay, and is famed for its long stretches of golden sandy beach and the traditional British seafront and pier.

Day Two – Island tour

It's a full day out as we take you around the south, west and north of the island. Taking in the channel views as we head to Alum Bay and the Needles and Yarmouth with its wooden pier.

Day Three – Free Sandown / Optional Excursion to Osborne House

Today we'll offer an optional excursion for anyone wanting to visit Osborne House (entry tickets not included).

Osborne offers something for everyone to enjoy. Inside the house, get an intimate glimpse into royal life as you explore private apartments and grand reception rooms lined with furnishings and artworks from the Royal Collection. Outside, wander among flower-filled gardens, discover the quirky museum in the Swiss Cottage and relax on the beach where the royal children learnt to swim - it's a fascinating place to visit!

Day Four –  Newport and Cowes

Newport is the Isle of Wight’s capital town, can be found in the heart of the island next to the banks of the River Medina. The town is also the Island’s main shopping destination, with pedestrianised streets and well known brands.. From here it's a short drive to Cowes. Famed for it's Yacht racing, the town is home to fabulous pubs and restaurants along with stunning views back over the Solent towards Southampton.
